POMR has been developed by a team of nineteen contributors, each a recognized expert in the field associated with his chapter(s). Each author has 10-30 years of experience in radar research, consulting to industry and DoD, and continuing education. The POMR editors bring nearly one hundred years of combined experience in the field of radar-system engineering to the development of POMR. With the assistance of SciTech's professional staff, the chapters have been woven into a smoothly melded and carefully illustrated whole. |
