The Soul Truth represents only a fraction of the life of Amanda Jane, an extraordinary women who grew up in Dublin. A women who's early life was devastated by systematic sexual, physical and in later years emotional abuse. In and around this abuse she managed to raise four children, overcome cancer and more recently confront this within her family. Her story has not been watered down, glossed over or doctored in any way. This story comes from her heart and with a clear intention, that awareness be raised surrounding this topic. The Soul Truth is a self-healing book and the story is not exclusive to Amanda as her brother who recently took his own life, is also a consequence of the effect abuse can have. May all who read this book both abused and abusers find a way as Amanda has clearly demonstrated to move beyond their pain and start a new life.
