Nick Cotton is one of the UK's leading cycle route consultants. He has written over 50 guides in the past 20 years, riding more than 40,000 miles in the course of his research. He has travelled and trekked extensively, climbing to over 18,000ft on three continents and has cycled in Morocco and Patagonia (the worst winds in the world!). He lives in the Lune Valley in Cumbria, between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. He is very partial to coffee, real ale and cakes, especially on the course of a ride. Six feet four and 14 stones needs a lot of fuel! |
