Although Monique le Roux Forslund now lives in Sweden, she grew up in Cape Town and is still a regular visitor to South Africa. She is a health coach, fitness instructor, teacher and mother of three, with over 20 years' experience working with children. Monique is also living proof of the benefits of a low-carb high-fat lifestyle.
