Samuel Aranda (b. 1979) has spent the last 15 years documenting conflict, migration and social issues in hotspots around the world. A much-in-demand freelancer, he works often for The New York Times in the Middle East and has completed assignments in Pakistan, Lebanon, Egypt, Yemen, Colombia, and China. Aranda is currently based in Tunisia.
