Winfred Peppinck is an Australian former diplomat, parliamentary adviser and subsequently, a Court adviser in Bahrain. He, and his wife Wendy are dog lovers, and have now retired to Sydney, Australia, with their Bahraini rescue dog, Harry Lime.
