"e;You CAN Go Home Again"e; is a collection of vignettes celebrating diversity of heritage. It is divided into three sections "e;Home to the Caribbean,"e; "e;Home to South Africa"e; and Home to Your Childhood. Rather than being autobiographical, the book presents the author's reflections of being a woman of color in White America, with a multicultural genealogy: Caribbean, Native American, European and African. The author's intention is the celebration of pride in heritage, diversity and the unity of all God's children: "e;the multi-hued face of God, created in the image of God."e; It is hoped that the readers will be inspired to investigate the richness of their own heritage.
