Lilly and her friends are arguing at lunch time about eating good food and bad food because Kendall is eating a chocolate bar. Theresa is mad because Kendall says she is fat and Lilly has to try and keep the peace. When they all go cross-country running, Kendall collapses and the kids don' t know what to do, except Lilly.
