"On the Flesh Resurrection" - is a treatise by the outstanding early Christian writer and theologian Quintus Tertullian (latin: Quintus Tertullianus, 155-220). The world does not deny the immortality of the soul, the same as it is not denied by Pythagoras and Empedocles, who stated that the spirit returns to the body.
