Ebony is a beautiful dark-skinned princess whose mother died during childbirth. Ebony's stepmother, the queen, is insanely jealous because Ebony is the darkest and loveliest of them all. Due to the queen's envy, Ebony is soon forced to leave her home behind. Ebony then meets five dwarfs who allow her to stay in their home.
The queen's jealously does not subside and Ebony suffers for some time until a handsome prince comes to her rescue.
