Shelley Thody is married and has three young adult children and two sons-in-law. She also has a step-daughter, a son-in-law and fourbeautiful grandchildren. They are all such a blessing to her!She taught in the beautiful community of Lac La Biche for twentyeight years. She and her husband now live in West Kelowna, BritishColombia. It is an area filled with grapevines, orchards and so much beauty. She feels grateful to attend and volunteer at Emmanuel Church in this city.Shelley Thody wrote her first book in 2012, based on her tumultuous journey in her early twenties with bipolar disorder, titled Melancholy, Mania and Miracles. The story is one of hope and healing through God's unfailing love.
