Danilo Perrone is a writer, linguist, and adventurer. He graduated in Foreign Languages in Turin and worked as a translator for the New York Review of Books. He is also the author of Verdepiano, published by Maremmi Editore.An English teacher by profession, he has lived many lives-from sea rescuer and nature guide to carpenter and gemstone prospector. He now spends his time in the mountains, surrounded by his animals, books, and the dreams that inspire his writing.
